Slate is an Online Interactive Learning Platform that redefines way of teaching by letting students learn at their own pace. Slate makes sure that every student is 100% clear with every subject and doubt.

In the current education system and classroom. Teachers have control over the pace of teaching and most of the lessons are progressed forward if the teacher confirms that one or two students are clear with all their doubts
Teachers don’t wait until all the doubts of all students are cleared as they have to move on with the syllabus and cannot lag behind for slower students.
Slate differs with the current education system and all the controls are handed over to the student to study at their own pace.
Students can set daily goals to be efficient and improve upon the topics they are weak at.
Slate studies the student’s behavior and responses to guide the student by mentioning his/her strength and weaknesses. The site automatically provides courses and tests personalized for the student. We plan to use these analytics to improve Slate by its own with the help of Machine Learning
Slate was designed to feel friendly and joyful. It possess similar aesthetic to a classroom with hand drawn illustrations and figures. All the diagrams in the courses were made by our UI/UX Designer. As our target audience are young children, Slate’s interface was made very simple and easy to navigate
Building upon the wireframe and implementing correct color choices and following the multiple simplified illustrations we ended up with the final design which was made into a functional website by Frontend Developers using HTML5, CSS3 and React Typescript and everything was completed within 12 hours
